How Jessica works for you

I assist our clients in completing the residential loan application, and then gathering all of the required documentation for loan submission.  I also review the loan application file to verify the data is complete and meets established standards; including type and amount of mortgage, borrower assets, liabilities and length of employment.  I work with our professional partners to coordinate title and appraisal, and any other information needed.  I submit the mortgage loan application file for underwriting approval and inform Loan Officer of discrepancies within the loan if any.  You will be receiving emails from me regarding approvals, denials or conditions the lender requires of the borrower and staff members.  I coordinate with the Lender and Title Companies through the application process until your loan is funded, and most importantly, I ensure the integrity of the data that is input into the system and manage all pre-closing activities.  Paula and I work very closely together for you, our clients, to make sure your transaction is smooth from start to finish and that you are delighted with our service.
